PGDM is the flagship programme of Brij Educational Trust. This is a two-year, full-time program, Approved by AICTE, Ministry of HRD, Government of India under the name of “Indus School of Business Management (ISBM)”. The number of intake per year for the programme is 120.

The PGDM continually challenges the students to be prepared for tomorrow. Courses are redesigned every year with feedback from the industry. This helps in incorporating the latest concepts and paradigms into the curriculum. The programme lays the foundation for conceptual and analytical reasoning, and gives the students an insight into the dynamics of the business environment. The faculty members keep themselves updated on present management realities by virtue of their involvement in research and consultation.

There is a strong emphasis on project work as a part of the regular courses at the Institute. While working on projects, students are required to interact with managers from the industry. The Post Graduate Diploma in Management lasts six trimesters, spread over two years, with a summer project in between the two years for two months.

The first year students are exposed to basic concepts in the areas of Marketing, Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Quantitative Methods, Operations and Behavioral Sciences through the ‘core courses’. These lay the foundation for all the functional areas of management to help develop problem solving skills.

Admissions Process:
Final selection is based on the overall performance at interview, GD, entrance test, past academic record & work experience.

Shortlisting:
The criteria for short listing candidate for group discussion and personal interviews are based on multiple factors like:

* Performance at national level entrance test MAT/CAT/XAT/ATMA…etc.
* Past academic performance, work experience, if any, in terms of job contents and organization, extra-curricular activities, other interest and accomplishments

Eligibility:
Minimum requirement is Bachelor’s degree of three year duration with 50% marks in any discipline from a recognized university in India. Candidates who are appearing for the final year degree examination can also apply.
